How to make a sale?
- Select (SALE)
- Enter the required amount then (Enter)
- Place the card on the machine to pay with the contact feature or by inserting the card into the machine
- Wait for the first copy to be printed then withdraw the card then (Enter) to print the second copy
How to cancel a sales transaction?
- Press (BATCH)
- Press (VOID)
- Enter the invoice number (Number Invoice) then (Enter)
How to migrate movements?
- Press (SETTLE)
- Enter the secret number (1234) then (Enter)
- Press number 1
Or the transactions will be transferred automatically at 12 AM every day, ensuring that the payment device is working and there is an Internet connection.
How to reprint a bond before deportation?
- Press (REPORT)
- Press (REPRINT)
- Press (LAST) key to print the last invoice or press (INVOICE) key and then enter the required invoice number
How to get a daily movement report?
The movement report is sent daily to the approved email that was provided to us in the work agreement.

How to activate the account?
Download the application from the Google Play Store click here .

How to make a sale?
Ensure NFC feature is activated on the mobile.
Enter the required amount then (Enter)
Place the card on the mobile to pay with the contact feature.
Wait for the movement and the customer can be provided with a QR Code to show the receipt electronically or share it (email, WhatsApp).
How to migrate transactions?
- Go to Settlement
Choose to transfer all transactions.
How to cancel a transaction before deportation?
- Go to the void.
Click on the transaction you want to cancel.
Choose Cancel transaction.
Enter the secret number for canceling transaction.
How to get a report of transactions on a daily basis?
The transactions report is sent daily to the approved email that was provided to us in the work agreement.
Does SoftPOS work on iPhone?
No, the application is for Android devices.
Does the application work outside Palestine?
No, the application works within Palestine only.
Are there any commissions for working with Soft POS?
Yes, there are commissions on sales and a monthly subscription.
